Thread Icons, In Some Depth

There are two major categories of thread icons - there's threads you posted in and ones you didn't. If you aren't sure what a thread icon is at all, you can check out the attached screenshot. When making a new style, custom thread icons are like the icing on the cake; the stock icons usually work but custom ones are always better. w00t

Threads you posted in have "dot" in the image names and sometimes in the actual graphic, for example, thread_dot_new.gif.

The following is a list of all the icons and their significance.

Thread Dots

thread_dot - Logged in user post in this thread, nothing new
thread_dot_hot - Logged in user post in this thread, hot topic, nothing new
thread_dot_hot_lock - Logged in user post in this thread, hot topic, thread is locked, nothing new
thread_dot_lock_new - Logged in user post in this thread, thread is locked, new posts inside
thread_dot_hot_new - Logged in user post in this thread, hot topic, new posts inside
thread_dot_lock - Logged in user post in this thread, thread is locked, nothing new
