... wanted to know if the YourFora skin is available to be 100% width of browser. our community uses 100% and would be perfect if it could this!

if it is at an additional cost, what would it be?

YourFora can be set to 100% in the AdminCP. The only thing which doesn't scale is the header (the rounded orange area on the homepage), as it's an image. With a little tweaking, this also could be made to scale, depending on your needs.
