um guys my school forum needs a major overhaul.

well - there is a free site which provides skins, modifications, images etc.. for phpbb forums.

KHC, it looks like they are using a portal, in which case, not just any skin will fit it. They also have alot of custom elements in there, that would have to be transferred from their current template to a new one.
