vBulletin, not to be outdone by their consistent flurries of updates, has released another one.

For details, please check out the post one or two down from this one re: vBulletin 3.6.3. In short, you can upgrade any time. As the templates affected are not customized in any of skins, the upgrade process will update all templates automatically. Regardless, 3.6.4 versions of all skins will be out soon.
