Waiting on Activation

Unfortunately I wasn't aware that some orders are put on hold while processing or I would have made sure the admin was online at the time of my order so I could proceed with installing the skin for the client I purchased it for. I used a gmail account because the domain it will be used on is not mine, it is my friends, however I provided my home number as well as my cell phone. However you have to verify is okay with me (and understandable) but do you have any idea how long I am going to have to wait? I used the credit card option, not Paypal.
