Modify Fusion64

I just stumbled upon this site, your work is amazing.
I have a site I'd like to consider using Fusion64 on; however, my theme is red.
Do you offer the images in psd's with the download?
How hard would it be to modify it to red?

Do you mean replacing the orange elements with red? If so, very easy. The source is included for things like branding (logo and such), as well as buttons, and graphics for the left column headers so you can add your own headers there, and a little bit more. In short, enough to make it your own and swap in/out major elements. Master PSDs of the entire skin are not provided.

Actually what I was considering was swapping the black for red. No offense, but I'm not too keen on the orange logo at the top.
