phpBB 3 theme required...

Basically i am after a PHPBB 3 theme, i have a rough template on how i want it to look and i have designed and example image. how much is it to have a basic theme created? I would be happy to pay up to $40 as i will provide the images, and it would be editing the prosilver theme/style. I am after this asap please.

I spoke with Tammy about this and we're not quite ready to accept phpBB3 projects and when we are ready, they would probably start at four times the price you named, at least. As you know, there's quite a few new ways of doing things. We won't be accepting any phpBB3 projects or porting our existing skins over until we know every new nook and cranny. If you haven't found anyone suitable by August, please let us know.
