No DL after nearly 24hrs??

Hi there,

I read in the faq before I purchased and quote "Instant downloads and re-downloading".

I know there is a big time difference as I am UK but I am still concerned because I was getting quick replies to my pre-sales emails.

It's half way through Sunday here now and I had hoped it would be quicker so I could get stuff done before I have to go back to work tomorrow.

Are there any problems as I do a lot of ecommerce sales and don't normally have to wait as long as this.

I'm gutted!!
