Problems "checking out"

I keep on getting errors trying to purchase a skin:

• Please provide the correct information in the highlighted fields.


No fields are highlighted and all the fields are complete... Any help?

Is there a chance you just aren't seeing it? Only reason I ask is because this is the first I am hearing of problems with the order form and I'm not having any problems receiving any orders.

Maybe close the browser and try again, or try it in a different browser? I wish I could be more help, but, I haven't the slightest idea what the problem could be.

If I had more information I might be able to be slightly more helpful. E.g., what browser are you using? Are you using a form-filling application to order or is there perhaps another Add-on that might be interacting with the order process?

Nope the form is there...

I fill it out then I check the basket it says some error about the order not being carried over and refresh the browser...

Do everything and it just keeps on giving that same error

I reload the page... Fill out the form:

And I get:

I then fill out the form and the cart error comes again and so in circles... Have reloaded the page. Cleared my cache. Restarted my computer w00t

Okay, I *think* I know what it *might* be. Are you trying to register with the username "giorgio"? If so, the error might be because there is already an account existing on the forum. It's *supposed* to spit back an error if so, but if that's broken, it might explain the behavior you are experiencing and why it is not happening to anyone else.

Try registering with a different username and email address than you registered with for the forums.

You see, when you order, an account is automatically created for you on the forums.
