Issue
Among other small things, the Display Options cell was not set to full width and so cut short under many forum configurations.
The forumdisplay code has been cleaned up and the archives for both the 3.6 and 3.7 versions are updated.
Manual Update
There were too many updates to list, though very minor. If you want to do a manual update, I recommend uploading the new style .xml file, calling it something else, and then just copy/pasting the forumdisplay template over the old one.
