Notices are a new feature in vB that can be disabled, but come pre-styled. ForumMonkeys' notices:

• To protect against spam, registration is enabled but moderated. Please use the Demo account to test styles (demo/forummonkeys).
• Fluid styles can be set full width, fixed width, or any % width. Our demos usually show the skins at around 90% width.
