Terms of Service - purchase of this service is considered agreement of these terms :
- On purchase of a subscription, subscribers will be contacted by email with additional information and will be asked for administrative access to their forums and an FTP account with access to the forum file system. It is solely the subscriber's responsibility to make sure the provided email account, administrator account, and FTP account is up-to-date and working at all times. ForumMonkeys is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate or expired account information.
- This subscription applies to a single forum installation, and template updates apply to a single forum style.
*Subscribers will be upgraded within 2 business days of official announcement and release of updates or patches
** Subscriber's templates, when required, will be updated within 3 business days of official announcement and release of updates or patches. Note, this only applies to subversions one release back. For example, a subscriber running vBulletin 3.6.8 PL 2 would get upgraded to vBulletin 3.7, as it is one release away and within the same version (3.x). However, a subscriber running phpBB 2.0.22 would have to pay the normal labor rate to be upgraded to phpBB 3.0, as it is a completely new version. New versions always mean drastic changes, sometimes even complete rewrites to template "engines", and as such the increased labor could not be justified under this plan.
